This workshop is a two-day seminar offered in partnership with Wichita State University’s Center for Management Development.
Key Process steps are practiced through team exercises, allowing participants to understand how, when and why they should be used. You are sure to come away from this seminar better prepared to confidently manage projects from small to large using the most effective techniques available.

Getting started: Project charter, stakeholder analysis

Managing time: Network diagram, critical path, responsibility assignment

Managing quality, risk and procurement: Processes and tools
Managing communication: Reporting and meetings
Managing and developing the project team: Diversity, motivation, conflict and influencing

Ms. DeAnn Sullivan, PMP, a certified trainer from the Project Management Institute, Inc. Ms. Sullivan has 33 years management experience with AT&T, is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management.
